About The Position

Sports Info Solutions (SIS) is seeking motivated candidates to serve as scouts for collegiate basketball games. This role involves attending games in person and using SIS's proprietary software to collect data. The position is part-time, paid per game, and offers flexible scheduling. SIS is a pioneer in the sports data industry, providing data, analytics, and technology to help teams improve decision-making and win more games. Their mission is to enrich and optimize decision-making processes for sports teams, sportsbooks, and fans. They are a leader in collecting, analyzing, and distributing data and insights to professional sports teams across MLB, NBA, and NFL, and are driving future innovations in Sports Data and Analytics.

Requirements

Reliability and punctuality.
Ability to understand and identify basketball concepts.
Access to and ability to operate a smartphone.
Transportation to the stadium.
Capability to quickly and accurately identify information for the duration of a basketball game.
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
