About The Position

As our part time seasonal College Admissions Consultation Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that prospective families move smoothly from scheduling to attending their college planning consultation. Your primary goal is to manage and optimize the front end of the sales pipeline, ensuring qualified families are effectively scheduled with Senior Admissions Advisors while maintaining a high-quality prospect experience.

Requirements

  • 1 year experience in admissions or sales, preferably in education field
  • Strong spoken and written communication
  • Ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of conversations
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Experience working within a CRM, ideally Hubspot
  • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new systems and workflows
  • Professional home setting, strong internet

Responsibilities

  • Communicate via calls, emails, and texts with prospective clients to confirm and reschedule consultation bookings
  • Manage consultation calendar logistics across multiple advisors and calendars
  • Recover no-shows and rebook missed appointments
  • Monitor advisor availability and prime-time slot utilization
  • Identify calendar gaps and escalate coverage needs
  • Maintain CRM accuracy across lead status, notes, outcomes, and next steps
  • Stay up to date with HelloCollege services to help address questions from prospective clients
  • Other related duties associated with Sales
