About The Position

AllSouth Federal Credit Union is currently seeking a Collector to perform collection activities associated with first payment defaults and 20-to-30-day delinquencies. What does AllSouth offer? Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Careful attention to detail.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous collections experience desired, preferably with a full-service financial institution.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with members in collections status.
  • Determine reason for delinquency and work toward a permanent solution.
  • Review delinquent accounts, perform collection efforts in accordance with Credit Union policies and procedures and legal requirements; document all collection actions taken; and other duties as assigned.
