About The Position

AllSouth Federal Credit Union is currently seeking a Collector to perform collection activities associated with first payment defaults and 20-to-30-day delinquencies. What does AllSouth offer? Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Careful attention to detail.
Strong written and oral communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous collections experience desired, preferably with a full-service financial institution.

Responsibilities

Communicate with members in collections status.
Determine reason for delinquency and work toward a permanent solution.
Review delinquent accounts, perform collection efforts in accordance with Credit Union policies and procedures and legal requirements; document all collection actions taken; and other duties as assigned.
