About The Position

Collector II helps Clicklease maintain portfolio health and support customer success by managing delinquent accounts and negotiating repayment solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling customer conversations, analyzing financial situations, and working toward measurable performance goals. You’ll join the Collections team; a group focused on balancing customer experience with business outcomes. The team works collaboratively to resolve accounts, improve recovery performance, and maintain compliance standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer contact experience
  • 1+ year of collections or account resolution experience
  • Experience using CRM or similar systems in a customer-facing environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing a personal portfolio of accounts
  • Ability to analyze customer financial situations to recommend solutions

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of delinquent customer accounts
  • Negotiate repayment plans within established guidelines
  • Resolve customer issues and identify root causes of delinquency
  • Maintain accurate documentation of account activity
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
