About The Position

Cherokee Strategic Edge is seeking an experienced Foundry Collective Training Staff Officer to support the Foundry Program Office. The Collective training Staff Officer will support training requirements with planning, coordination, and staffing.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of Army Military Intelligence experience, with a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years
  • Demonstrated experience in Army staffing actions, including OPORD, EXORD, and white paper formulation
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the activities required to meet mission requirements
  • Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology
  • Ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks
  • Ability to demonstrate in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight
  • Ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and deliver training material to support intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards
  • Provide lesson plans, presentations, and curricula to support educational goals and maintains materiel within the assigned educational system
  • Review emerging policy and doctrine publications, provide feedback, and assess them for incorporation into training products
  • Develop and maintain training records and tracking systems as required by the Government
  • Develop operational orders (OPORDs) and operational plans (OPLANS), and coordinate, staff, and plan collective training requirements
  • Provide ongoing support throughout the duration of exercises
  • Support "Proof of Concept" exercises and Joint and Multinational Intelligence collective training events
  • Manages the hands-on, day-to-day accountability and supervision of assigned Contractor personnel
  • Conducts administrative management of assigned Contractor personnel.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
