Job Summary The Collections Senior Manager oversees the firm’s accounts receivable operations, leading a team responsible for both insurance and non-insurance AR. This role is integral to financial performance, with accountability for driving consistent collections practices, operational efficiency, and accurate receivables management. The Collections Senior Manager partners closely with firm leadership, Finance, attorneys, and IT to streamline workflows, improve processes, and support sustainable, profitable growth. This position requires a proactive, metrics-focused leader with demonstrated experience in disciplined collections, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
