Requirements

• Prior collection experience in lending or financial services
• Strong communication, organization and attention skills
• Able to handle sensitive conversations with confidence and respect
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine desire to help people and make a difference

Responsibilities

• Contact members via phone, email, and mail regarding past-due accounts
• Understand each member's situation and offer personalized repayment solutions
• Educate members to help them regain financial confidence
• Maintain accurate account notes and documentation
• Monitor delinquency trends and escalate when needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to support member success
