About The Position

We're looking for a Bilingual French Collections Representative to join our team and play a key role in partnering with customers to resolve invoice disputes, improve payment outcomes, and deliver an excellent customer experience. This is not a high-volume call center collections position. Instead, you'll focus on investigating account issues, responding to customer inquiries, collaborating with internal teams, and finding solutions that help customers pay accurately and on time.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum 2 years of collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable or related finance experience
Bilingual French requirement
French language proficiency required (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Utilize problem solving and critical thinking skills to determine root cause of aging invoices
Leverage systems functionality and established processes to resolve aging invoices
Work within established procedures and adheres to quality guidelines
Escalate complex issues to senior team members and/or leadership
Contribute ideas for process improvement
Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers, maintain open lines of communication and build rapport by providing timely and professional service
Continue to develop skills and build upon knowledge of collections process
Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements
