About The Position

Kforce is searching for talented Collections Analyst professionals for our client in the San Marcos, TX area. Our client is looking for individuals who are looking for a long-term home with a well- established, family-owned business. In this role, the Collections Analyst will perform clerical, administrative, and accounting duties maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. This role assures that questions, problems, and issues are resolved as quickly as possible.

Requirements

• High School diploma or General Education degree (GED)
• Experience with Microsoft Office software Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
• Ability to maneuver in the various screens
• Ability to open and view invoices, credit memos in the system

Responsibilities

• Find and review accounts in the system
• Know how to place accounts on hold and remove from hold
• Know how to set up child accounts
• Answer Credit Hotline
• Provide stores with any information from a customer regarding pricing, quantity, or any other issue that they need to be aware of
