About The Position

RNR Tire Express is seeking a full-time Collection Specialist with excellent customer service skills to join their team. This role involves maintaining customer relationships, primarily through phone and computer work, to facilitate the renewal of customer agreements and ensure prompt payment. The specialist will handle calls regarding expired agreements, follow up on references, and assist in resolving customer issues. Additionally, responsibilities include scheduling voluntary turn-ins of merchandise, picking up product in the field, and distributing door hangers. The position requires patience, tact, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, people-driven environment to meet weekly goals and contribute to the company's success.

Requirements

• Experience as a rental agent, account executive, account manager, account collection, or rent-to-own
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Professional communication skills in English
• Strong computer and phone skills
