About The Position

We are currently seeking Full-Time Collection Specialists with a base pay of $17-$19 per hour plus unlimited bonus potential. Revco Solutions Inc. is an Accounts Receivable Management company located in Jacksonville, FL with a dynamic team environment in which you will enjoy comprehensive benefits and competitive pay. The Collection Specialists contacts consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules to resolve delinquent accounts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ year of Call Center and Customer Service Experience
• 3+ years of Collection Experience
• Mathematical and Analytical Skills
• Negotiation Skills
• Proficient in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to actively listen and speak clearly
• Pass Company Drug Testing

Responsibilities

• Contacts consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules to resolve delinquent accounts.
