About The Position

ImpactLife is seeking committed individuals to join their Donor Services Phlebotomy team as Collection Specialist Drivers. This role involves operating larger non-CDL regulated vehicles and performing phlebotomy duties. The ideal candidate will have experience driving larger vehicles or an interest in phlebotomy. Responsibilities include conducting donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy, providing donor care, driving large blood center vehicles to transport supplies and team members, setting up and tearing down collection operations, and restocking supplies. This is a Full Time/30+ position working 30-39 hours per week, requiring varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

Customer service experience
Enjoy working with the public
Good, stable work history
Understand the importance of following standard operating procedures
Able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
Able to train away from home for up to two weeks at a time
Comfortable driving larger vehicles (i.e. box-trucks, truck and trailer combos)
Comfortable driving in various weather conditions
Possess a valid driver's license in the state in which you reside and be insurable by our insurance carrier
Must have Real ID prior to start date
Hold or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Certification Physical card
Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report are required

Background in phlebotomy or an interest in developing skills in blood collection
