Requirements

Basic computer skills and comfort with data entry.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including the ability to create a simple document or spreadsheet.
Good math skills and an interest in learning basic accounting functions.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to proofread for accuracy.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Work with customers and internal teams to help resolve payment application, pricing, tax, freight, return, and delinquency questions.
Support a portfolio of approximately 800–1,000 customer accounts.
Review and process held orders to help ensure timely order release.
Request documentation from Account Managers, such as hard copy purchase orders, when needed.
Review first-time shipping addresses and specific products to support fraud prevention efforts.
Complete one assigned weekly or monthly department report.
Participate in special projects and support team coverage as needed.
