About The Position
The Collation Lead supports the Supervisor in managing collation lines to ensure correct sequencing and count accuracy of cards prior to FMC. This role involves directing daily line setup and card sequence verification, monitoring operator performance, correcting errors in real time, communicating with Quality for spot checks, and recording output and downtime.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in collation or packaging.
- Strong organization and detail orientation.
