Requirements

Knowledge of TFCU policies and procedures.
Ability to exercise good judgment and decision making.
Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.

Nice To Haves

One year of experience related to work of this position and with a Credit Union is preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as a knowledge resource for assisting membership and branch employees with questions and problems concerning titles, liens, sight drafts and paid loans.
Responsible for processing and reviewing collateral secured paid in full loans and ensure TFCU’s lien has been released properly.
Responsible for processing and reviewing all lien filings to ensure TFCU’s collateral is protected.
Analyze and authorize collateral releases to minimize loan deficiency and maximize the funds to be applied before processing a release of collateral.
Regularly interface with credit union management, departments, other credit union employees, and members as required.
