About The Position

Driveway Finance Corporation (DFC), part of Lithia & Driveway, provides financing solutions for retail and commercial clients. The Collateral Analyst I/Collections & Recovery Specialist works with the Collateral Management team to locate, process, and help recover customer collateral. The role uses DFC-provided skip-tracing tools and software to identify customer and vehicle locations, communicate location information, and pursue repayment arrangements on delinquent accounts. The position is based in Tigard, Oregon, or Medford, Oregon, and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pay is $23–$25 per hour.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.
Collections experience.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word, and Windows-based systems.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of skip-tracing techniques is preferred.
Experience with outbound calls or collections is valuable.

Responsibilities

Review and accurately update DFC’s repossession log.
Assign repossession vehicles to third-party recovery agents in a timely manner.
Use skip-tracing practices to obtain customer and vehicle location information.
Provide third-party vendors with updated location data for assigned collateral.
Navigate and update third-party repossession assignment systems.
Make outbound collection attempts by phone, mail, and email to resolve delinquent accounts ethically.
Meet or exceed established call-volume and account-action requirements.
Process recovery cost analyses and Kelley Blue Book (KBB) information for recovered vehicles.
Perform other duties as assigned.
