About The Position

As a DevOps engineer, you know that listening to and truly understanding a client’s needs is the first step to introducing DevOps methodology to an organization. Your communication skills, combined with your technical know-how, mean you’re well-versed in setting organizations up for success. We’re looking for someone like you to bring your DevOps engineering knowledge and help our clients make a mission-forward impact. As a DevOps customer success engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll not only convey the importance of efficiency to your clients, but you’ll also be directly involved in DevOps engineering work. Together with a team of experienced professionals, you’ll help support the building and maintenance of a pipeline. You’ll help maintain tools and automate configuration management and infrastructure provisioning. Using your software engineering skills, you’ll support your team as they bring other organizations onboard with DevOps and champion the adoption of related processes, tools, and roles. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with collaborative services development
  • Experience using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook, and Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Experience with web development technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and HTML
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks with concurrent deadlines
  • Ability to be team-oriented and work with diverse groups
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • DoD 8140.01 IAT Level II Certification such as GSEC, CompTIA Security+, SCNP, or SSCP Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing and developing custom web parts and site customizations
  • Experience with DevSecOps practices in Azure environments
  • Experience with AI
  • Knowledge of enterprise cloud solutions development
  • Top Secret clearance
