Carrier Sekani Family Services (CSFS) is an Indigenous-led organization providing health, legal, and social services. Since the late 1980s, CSFS has grown to over 600 employees serving 11 member Nations. CSFS partners with Indigenous families and communities to support healing, wellness, and self-determination, grounding its programs in culture, respect, and relationship. This role is for someone looking for meaningful, community-driven work rooted in culturally safe practice. The Collaborative Practices Facilitator will provide voluntary collaborative practices to resolve child and family issues, aiming to improve community health by facilitating participants' ability to speak on their own behalf in child welfare matters, emphasizing healthy choices and responsibility.
