About The Position

Holon Health Inc. is seeking an experienced Collaborating Psychiatrist (1099 - part time) to provide clinical oversight, guidance, and consultation to our multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of innovative mental health interventions while embracing the flexibility of remote work. They help individuals navigate chronic medical conditions, SUD, and Behavioral Health needs with a focus on prevention, integrative treatment, and recovery. Holon Health’s initiatives develop, support, and maintain relationships with provider partners and community-based organizations to promote programs advocating long-term health and wellness for this complicated population. By acting as the first point of contact for the justice systems and programs with whom they partner, Holon Health provides timely and efficient brief interventions to better prepare patients to receive community-based services and engage in proactive, prosocial behaviors.

Requirements

  • Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Board certification in Psychiatry.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure in Utah.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a psychiatrist, with a strong background in evidence-based practices.
  • Must reside in Utah.
  • Active or eligible medical staff privileges at an Intermountain Health facility in Utah, or ability to obtain privileges prior to start date.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SUD/MAT strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical guidance and supervision to our team of mental health professionals, including MNHP and LCSWs.
  • Offer expert consultation on complex cases, treatment planning, and medication management as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, ethical guidelines, and regulatory standards in the delivery of mental health services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with organizational and legal standards.
