About The Position

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a highly motivated and passionate physician to oversee and direct Nurse Practitioners providing bedside care in geriatric facilities. The physician will collaborate with cardiology Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants, helping ensure high standards of patient care and contributing to the organization’s success. The role is remote, with a schedule and salary based on collaboration and supervision agreements. Travel requirements may vary according to collaboration needs.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO).
• Board certification in Cardiology or completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited cardiology residency program in the United States.
• Experience working with or collaborating alongside Advanced Practice Providers.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment skills.
• Commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based care.
• Comfort with remote collaboration and electronic medical record review.

Nice To Haves

• Multi-state licensure and/or participation in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLCC).
• Experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric setting.
• Board certification in Cardiology is identified as preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and collaborate with Cardiology Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants.
• Hold monthly meetings or check-ins with assigned Nurse Practitioners.
• Supervise assigned Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
• Consult with providers onsite or through electronic communication, including phone and email.
• Review provider notes and submit summaries for potential regulatory review.
