We are seeking compassionate and motivated Collaborating Physicians and Medical Directors (SC and / or NC). As an OnSite provider, you will be able to take on the work you want with a competitive compensation and provide services on a flexible schedule that works for you. Requirements
- Active MD or DO License in South Carolina and / or North Carolina
- DEA registration
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Strong patient assessment skills.
- Strong, ambitious, patient-centric work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Round at assigned facilities
- Work closely and collaboratively with the OnSite team, nursing home staff, residents, and families.
- Collaborate remotely with Nurse Practitioners
