About The Position

Responsible for ensuring the consistent and accurate flow of vegetables through the product feed systems to the repackaging lines. This role involves staging and opening raw product totes, breaking down and stacking empty totes and pallets, and maintaining the sanitation and cleanliness of assigned rooms and areas. The General Laborer interacts with the assigned Line Operator and Group Leaders to ensure efficient repackaging operations with minimal product waste and production downtime. Adherence to all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety measures is required.

Requirements

• Ability to work in freezing temperatures.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the position.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment.

• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
