About The Position
The Cold Scale Cooler Operator is responsible for removing tags from carcasses, scanning them into the computer system, and ensuring all grades are properly imputed. This role requires notifying management of any grade or age deviations and documenting all grade changes and times at the end of the shift. The position is located in Plainwell, MI, United States.

Responsibilities
- Remove the tag from the carcass
- Scan the tag into the computer
- Ensure all grades are properly imputed in the system
- Notify Management of any grade or age deviations that are off railed before scale
- Document all grade changes and times to Management at the end of the shift
