About The Position

We are currently looking for a Full Time Cold Production Cook to join our enthusiastic team at Paul’s Run. Paul’s Run Retirement Community in Northeast Philadelphia has a reputation as one of the BEST senior health care providers. Requirements

• Minimum one year of culinary experience in a commercial kitchen, or high volume restaurant.

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food indicated by the production sheets according to recipe and standards.
• Execute cooking methods including baking, grilling, roasting and sauté.
• Incorporate food safety fundamentals into daily job functions.
• Has a working knowledge of commercial cooking equipment, (oven, fryer, char grill and flat top griddle).
