Requirements

Proven experience operating press or similar machinery in a manufacturing setting
Strong understanding of safety procedures and equipment maintenance
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and production schedules
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills and proficiency in recording data accurately
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Operate press machinery to produce pressed products according to specified standards and procedures
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure optimal operation and product quality
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent malfunctions and ensure safety
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Record production data accurately and report any issues or deviations to supervisors
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve processes
Assist in setup and changeover of machinery for different production runs
