Requirements

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to cross-train and grow with us
• Comfortable in a plant environment (heat, noise, and forklifts are part of the daily adventure)
• Forklift experience is a must!

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the cold rolling mill to transform aluminum coils into sleek, high-performance material.
• Rotate between the Operator, Assistant, and Trucker roles to keep things running smoothly.
• Change rolls, prep coils, transport them using a forklift, and keep production moving.
• Handle emergency systems like Cardox.
• Keep the mill running to produce high-quality aluminum.
