About The Position

The Cold End Operator is responsible for the rework of containers, specifically checking for critical defects. This role involves carrying out back checks of quality issues, covering long-term absences on the crew, supporting shifts with calibration checks, and assisting with job changes. The position operates on a day shift schedule.

Requirements

• Educated to National 5 Level – Grade C or above in Maths, Science and English.
• Enthusiasm, commitment, personal drive, and customer focus.
• A good understanding of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Tools and continuous improvement.
• Computer literate with good oral and written communication skills.
• Committed to Total Quality Standards.
• Awareness of relevant Health & Safety and Hygiene Regulations.

Responsibilities
