About The Position

Austin Industrial is seeking a Coker Crane Mechanic for their Chalmette, LA location. This role involves understanding the functions of major system components for P&H Overhead cranes, using schematic diagrams to analyze and troubleshoot electrical systems, identifying and correcting motor problems, troubleshooting hoist and trolley control systems, performing function tests on critical components, and conducting resistance and voltage checks. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States.
• Must be able to use schematic diagrams to analyze and troubleshoot the electrical system.
• Must be able to identify and correct motor problems.
• Must be able to troubleshoot hoist and trolley control systems.
