About The Position
The Coil Winder is responsible for winding copper coils onto motor stators and components for various types of brushless DC motors. This role requires a high degree of precision and attention to detail to ensure the performance and efficiency standards of the motors are met. The individual will follow technical instructions and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

- Ability to follow technical instructions, diagrams, and measurements
Responsibilities
- Wind copper coils onto motor stators and components for frameless, partially housed, and fully housed brushless DC motors
- Ensure proper coil tension, alignment, and placement to meet strict performance and efficiency standards
- Perform visual and manual inspections to ensure precision and quality control
- Maintain consistency to support low torque ripple and high precision speed control
- Follow diagrams, work instructions, and engineering specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Adhere to all safety and production guidelines
