About The Position
The Forge Induction Coil Fabricator will learn heat induction forge coil repair using various skills. This role involves learning the coil coating process, painting, and nylon dipping, as well as breaking down coils. The fabricator will also be responsible for filling out paperwork associated with assigned work tasks and performing other duties as requested by their supervisor, including providing support and coverage on all operations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Safety minded worker
- Drug free
- Dependable
- Able to maintain excellent attendance record
- Must be self-directed, motivated and able to multi-task
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Standing for up to length of shift, bending, reaching and handling bulky parts
- Able to work mandatory overtime, including Saturdays
- Must follow all company safety protocol
- Experience with precision measuring equipment, calipers
- Experience with reading and following instructions from CAD drawings
- Knowledge or experience with manufacturing, machinist tools, measuring instruments
Nice To Haves
- Induction heating experience
- Knowledge of brazing, welding, and soldering
