About The Position

Neurocity TBI (NCTBI) is a brain-enhancing, repairing, and performance facility, giving your brain the tools to improve academics, athletics, and anti-aging properties. NCTBI is conveniently located in Plantation and Miami, Florida. Since its inception, it has been treating patients with Traumatic Brain injuries, ranging from accident victims to NFL players. Our unique Cognitive Circuit Training® program incorporates multi-sensory cognitive (mental) training with physical elements of movement and balance activities to improve overall brain performance. Our CCT® program is meant to stand alone or as a complementary treatment to an array of disorders and conditions. Serving South Florida with locations in Plantation and Miami, FL We are looking for a Cognitive Rehab Team Member to manage all aspects of their cognitive rehab. Our Cognitive Rehab Team Member responsibilities include registering patients, managing appointments, and providing information about the therapy, treatment, and referral options. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the medical industry, we would like to meet you.

Requirements

• Work experience as a medical trainer or similar role
• Experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Teams)
• Ability to learn medical data entry software
• Customer service attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Clean and confirm patient scheduling
• Verify patient information
• Confirm appointments
• Check-in/Check-out patients
• Reschedule/Cancel Appointments
• Explain the doctor's recommendations
• Follow and assist patients with their cognitive training
• Verify patient's follow-up on doctor's recommendations
• Order patient records
• Answer phones
• Assist with patient's intake information
