About The Position

Caribou Coffee is looking for a driven, hands-on Coffee Team Member to help lead a high-energy Caribou Coffee, deliver great guest experiences, and keep operations running smoothly from open to close. This role is ideal for customer service rockstars ready to step into a leadership role with LV Petroleum, a fast-growing travel center company. Walk-in interviews are held weekdays from 11 am to 4 pm at the Caribou Coffee located inside the travel center at 820 Happy Trails Ln, Albert Lea, MN.

Requirements

• Two to three years of experience in restaurant or food service
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
