The Coffee Shop Supervisor is responsible for assisting the restaurant manager with the overall activities of operating the restaurants. Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operation of the Coffee Shop in accordance with established policies and procedures, supervises the day-to-day operations, adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedure, acting immediately on all customer complaints to ensure that corrections are made when possible, ensure customer service through training and continuing evaluation of staff, maintain accurate attendance records, etc.
