COFFEE SERVICE TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Canteen is hiring a full-time Coffee Service Technician in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The position repairs, maintains, and assists with installation of vending machines and equipment. The technician responds to service dispatches, visits existing customers to assess service and address complaints, diagnoses machine malfunctions, replaces or repairs parts, tests equipment after repairs, manages parts and machine inventory, and helps prepare, install, and remove machines. The role uses a company-owned vehicle and mechanical equipment and small hand tools. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The pay range is $21.00 to $24.00 per hour. Previous repair and maintenance experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Respond to machine-repair dispatch calls using a company-owned vehicle.
- Contact existing customers to assess service and resolve complaints.
- Visually inspect and listen to machines to diagnose malfunctions; dismantle machines to access problem areas.
- Inspect parts for wear, misalignment, or other problems; replace defective parts, repair broken parts, realign and adjust components, and test machine operation after repairs.
- Review inventory and order parts; ship and receive machines; maintain equipment inventory.
- Prepare machines for installation at accounts and assist with installations and removals.
- Set up and operate mechanical equipment and small hand tools, including drills, grinders, and welding torches, for machine repair.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
