About The Position

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Rooms, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Deliver linens, towels, amenities, and supplies promptly to guest rooms and housekeeping staff during the evening shift. Respond quickly to ALICE/radio requests and ensure all guest and team needs are fulfilled in a timely manner. Restock housekeeping closets and carts to support room attendants and house attendants. Collect soiled linen and trash from guest floors and transport to designated areas. Maintain service hallways, storage rooms, and closets in clean, organized condition. Assist with evening turndown or special guest requests when required. Perform sanitation of all guestroom glassware and china. Maintain the gym, gym lockers, and gym restrooms clean, sanitized, and organized. Report any maintenance issues, guest concerns, or safety hazards immediately to a supervisor. Uphold all hotel grooming, safety, and service standards.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

  • Previous Housekeeping experience an asset
