About The Position

Imperial is a growing company in vending, micro markets, catering, corporate dining, and coffee services, committed to providing World Class Service. Our Coffee Route Sales Delivery Drivers are essential to this mission, working daily to deliver and sell coffee and beverages to our customers. This role involves building relationships with clients and customers, working both independently and as part of a team, and utilizing independent judgment to maximize sales and commissions.

Requirements

A safe driving record as deemed by an insurance carrier and a valid license.
Ability to travel every day to and from client/customer sites, driving a company vehicle in all weather elements.
Must work well with people.
Must be able to work with others and independently.

Responsibilities

Provide World Class Service by delivering and selling coffee and beverages to customers.
Build relationships with clients and customers.
Work in both a team environment and independently on route.
Display independent judgment to maximize sales to customers to increase commissions.
Drive a company vehicle.
Deliver product.
Lift and load product on and off the vehicle.
Walk, sit, bend at waist and knees, perform overhead reaching, stooping, and navigate stairs.
Use a handheld computer to take inventory and order product from the warehouse for delivery.
Maintain regular on-time attendance.
Have direct contact with packaged food items for public consumption.
