About The Position

Culligan Quench is seeking a full-time, hourly Coffee Route Driver in the Indianapolis, Indiana market. The driver works directly with customers, delivering coffee consumables along an assigned route, maintaining coffee equipment, and providing customer service. The position pays $21.63 per hour and offers a 2% monthly commission opportunity calculated on total route sales. The role includes physical work such as lifting 70 or more pounds, bending, squatting, and climbing ladders.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Basic computer skills to record service and communicate with team members.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and workflow.
Ability to lift 70 or more pounds, bend, squat, and climb ladders.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Self-starter and proactive.

Responsibilities

Deliver coffee consumables to customers along an assigned route.
Upsell coffee-related products to enhance customer value.
Clean and maintain coffee equipment and accessories during each customer visit.
Perform minor repairs and maintenance as needed on the company vehicle.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients within the designated territory.
Maintain accurate par levels of coffee consumables at the branch by conducting regular inventory counts and coordinating with Supply Chain to replenish low stock levels.
Ensure accurate inventory management at the storage shed.
Pick up local supply orders from retailers such as Walmart or Sam’s Club.
Receive and unload vendor deliveries and organize inventory accordingly.
Adhere to company driving standards and safety policies.
