About The Position

We are hiring experienced Coffee Equipment Service Technicians to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting on commercial espresso and coffee equipment. This is a field service role with a company vehicle provided.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience servicing commercial espresso/coffee equipment (preferred)
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated with good time management
  • Basic computer skills for service tickets and emails
  • Willing to travel

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Coffee industry / barista experience
  • Manufacturer training/certifications (La Marzocco, Rancilio, etc.)
  • Prior field service experience in foodservice equipment

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial espresso machines, grinders, and coffee equipment (La Marzocco, Rancilio, Eversys, Mahlkonig, Mazzer, etc.)
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) visits
  • Install new and used equipment at customer locations
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues on-site
  • Manage service calls efficiently and maintain accurate records in our system
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
  • Order parts and manage inventory for jobs
  • Work independently while coordinating with the service team
