About The Position

We are hiring for a Coffee Bar Clerk at our location in Ladysmith, BC. Open availability is preferred. This role involves working at our on-site coffee bar, providing quality beverages and products, operating a cash register, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- A passion for great food and providing outstanding customer service.
- A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
- Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to Go the Extra Mile.
- Retail customer service experience (considered an asset).
Responsibilities
- Working at our on-site coffee bar providing quality beverages and products.
- Following recipe and presentation standards for all beverages and food products.
- Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members.
- Operating a cash register.
- Sharing product knowledge with customers.
- Ensuring the department is well stocked and presented.
- Ensuring only the freshest products are displayed.
- Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience.
- Cleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Using a variety of equipment, including knives.
