This position involves completing opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and areas, and securing the premises. The attendant will stock and maintain work areas, input orders, and handle customer payments. Responsibilities include taking orders, preparing food and coffee beverages, operating and managing appliances, and bussing coffee cart areas and tables. Daily cleaning of dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment is required. The role also involves managing cash, counting the bank at the end of the shift, completing cashier reports, resolving discrepancies, and securing the bank. The attendant must follow all company and safety procedures, report accidents and unsafe conditions, and complete safety training. Maintaining a clean and professional appearance, protecting company assets, and ensuring guest satisfaction are key. This includes welcoming guests, anticipating and addressing their needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and thanking them. The role requires clear communication, developing positive working relationships, and supporting team goals. Adherence to quality standards is essential. The job involves reading and visually verifying information, inspecting tools and equipment, and performing tasks that require standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. It also includes moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 25 pounds, manipulating objects with fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination, and moving through confined or elevated spaces, including stairs. Reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors must also be performed.
