About The Position

Serve customers at the fast-paced coffee bar / bakery counter. Stock our handmade breads and pastries efficiently and attractively. Prepare and present tasty and visually appealing food items; follow recipes; wash dishes; follow store policies and food safety standards. May assist in other areas of the store as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to project an outgoing, friendly personality
• Ability to work with customers and co-workers from various cultural backgrounds
• Regular, predictable attendance
• Self-motivation / direction
• The ability to stand or walk up to 8 hours a day
• Manual dexterity to use coffee equipment
• Bend, twist, and lift 45# repeatedly, 25#.
• Fluent English is required for this customer-focused position.
