CoE Program & Content Intern - Summer 2027

Veeam SoftwareRemote, Georgia, USA, GA
$20 - $25

About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Center of Expertise (CoE) Program & Content Intern to support strategic initiatives spanning three active program areas: internal engagement models and playbooks, external-facing communications and enablement collateral, and Knowledge Hub content governance (including the webinar program). This internship provides hands-on exposure to program management, content strategy, knowledge management, communications, analytics, and AI-enabled productivity in a fast-growing cybersecurity software company. The intern will contribute to projects that help customer-facing teams operate more consistently, communicate CoE value internally and externally, and access reusable resources that improve customer outcomes. The specific project mix will be scoped to the intern's strengths and current business priorities, drawing from any of the three program areas below rather than a single fixed workstream. As a Center of Expertise (CoE) Program & Content Intern, you will help the Customer Experience Center of Expertise scale expertise, strengthen internal and external communications, and build reusable enablement resources. You will work on high-impact projects spanning program documentation, content strategy, communications, webinar support, and analytics. This role is ideal for a student who enjoys solving ambiguous business problems, producing polished written deliverables, analyzing data, and communicating recommendations that help teams work smarter.
