Coding Specialist -Ambulatory Service
About The Position
Emplify Health is seeking a Coding Specialist, Ambulatory Services, to join their growing and thriving organization. This is a full-time, 40-hour weekly position, Monday-Friday, with dayshift hours. The role specializes in Primary Care coding and involves providing excellent customer service to patients, acting as the first/last impression of the organization. The specialist will partner with a team of providers, medical professionals, and managers who are dedicated to supporting the success of both the employee and the patients in their health journeys. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Coding Certification Required - CPC, CPC-A, CCA, COC, CCS, CCS-P, or RHIA or RHIT.
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare facility, healthcare business office or equivalent education.
Nice To Haves
- associate's degree desired
- 1 year of Coding experience desired but not required.
