Requirements

Perform multi-specialty quality reviews as deemed necessary by leadership to include audits and edits as quality issues/concerns are identified (facility, coder, procedure, other operational statistic, provider, query, etc.).
Perform regular multi-specialty auditing on EM/UC/Observation and HM based on criteria specified by leadership.
Assist global partner team in all areas as needed including but not limited to questions, edits, facility issues, quality concerns, system/CAC issues, providers, etc.
Communicate with other departments within RCS and SCP for pending items that require their assistance.
Provide guidance, education, and feedback to partner as it relates to auditing, coding, and policies/procedures for all service lines.
Maintain a working relationship and communicate any coding and training issues to the Coding Senior Partner Auditor and/or Supervisor/Manager of Coding and Quality Services.
Be a point of contact for majority of daily communication between SCP health and their team, ensure they receive all necessary information and address all questions/issues.
Document training/education communication provided to the global coding partners.
Comply with HIPAA requirements in relation to all chart activities.
Comply with current ProCode policies and procedures.
Attend appropriate professional and educational meetings.
