This is an advanced level team lead position reporting to the HB Manager Coding Auditor/Educator. Under direct supervision of the HB Manager Coding Auditor/Educator, this role directs the coding audit and education operations, including personnel management, training and education, productivity, work assignments, quality reviews, and report management. The position facilitates and promotes standardization of coding operations across CommonSpirit Mountain Region and in alignment with the system. It is responsible for facilitating training, education, and support to hospital coders, which may be based on detailed analysis of general or coder-specific trends, focus recommendations edits, or support teams. The incumbent provides support to all areas of Management, internal Coding and Billing. The position is open to remote/out of state candidates residing in specific states.
