  • Interpretation and application of building codes (IBC, local/state/provincial codes)
  • NFPA standards compliance (fire safety, electrical, life safety systems)
  • Environmental regulations and permitting
  • Occupational safety standards (OSHA, provincial equivalents)
  • Industry-specific compliance frameworks
  • Compliance audits against applicable codes and regulations
  • Gap analysis and remediation planning
  • Pre-inspection readiness reviews
  • Documentation and record verification
  • Risk assessment and mitigation strategies
  • Code interpretation guidance for complex or ambiguous requirements
  • Design review and compliance verification during project development
  • Regulatory pathway planning for new facilities or modifications
  • Training and knowledge transfer to client teams
  • Third-party inspections aligned with regulatory requirements
