About The Position

As a Cocktail Server, your role will include providing quality guest service by serving beverages, food, and amenities in all assigned areas. The Cocktail Server/Model also participates in in-house modeling programs, special casino events, and banquet service functions, performing model/presenter tasks at Wynn Las Vegas events.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English to guest and co-workers.
• Must have strong knowledge of spirits, wines, champagne, mixed cocktails.
• Minimum of 1 year work experience in high volume beverage, banquet, or nightclub setting.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Requires the ability to work within a team environment.
• If hired in a steady extra (SE) position, the Cocktail Server-Model must be available to work all shifts; including Day, Swing and Grave shift.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in European Bottle service preferred, but not required.
• Previous model/ presenter experience preferred, but not required.
