This position as a Cocktail Server is for a passionate food service individual who will provide an exceptional experience to our guests. Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of departmental policies, equipment use, anticipating guest needs, maintaining positive guest relations, resolving guest complaints, and ensuring cleanliness of work areas. The role also requires comprehensive knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, wines, glassware, garnishes, state liquor regulations, and outlet specifics. Additionally, the server will manage their bank, utilize P.O.S. systems, and adhere to all service standards.
