About The Position

Playground is an internationally renowned gaming destination located a short 15-minute drive south of downtown Montreal, within the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake. We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cocktail Server to join our team and provide exceptional service to our valued guests. In this role, your attention to detail, extensive knowledge of our drink menu, and commitment to superior customer service will be essential.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old and over
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and French (essential)
• Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of the shift
• Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays
• Previous working experience as a waitress or waiter in a high-volume establishment is essential

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Have detailed knowledge of all drinking menu items
• Make recommendations and answer questions about the menu
• Take customers’ orders and deliver beverages
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure the client’s satisfaction
• Collect and process payments
• Balance your cash at the end of each shift
