Responsible for providing dining service to all Guests in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner in accordance with Grand Casino’s service standards. This role involves prompt, efficient, and courteous service of beverages to Casino Guests, taking and filling drink orders, and maintaining the cleanliness of the Casino floor. The position also requires adherence to cash handling policies, knowledge of beverage menus for suggestive selling, and continuous attention to Guest needs to ensure prompt fulfillment of requests. The Cocktail Server will address Guest questions and concerns, resolve challenges quickly and courteously, and foster mutual respect and integrity among Associates. Participation as a team member is crucial for a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets high standards of Guest service. Assistance with side work, opening/closing duties, and maintaining a clean and sanitary area are also key responsibilities. Knowledge of the Dram Shop Act and its implications is required. The role involves collaboration with Bartenders, Supervisors, and other Associates to ensure operational efficiency and flexibility to learn and execute in multiple food or beverage outlets.
